For a year he moved to London to work alongside a chef (**Michelin) where he was able to personally learn about every step that goes into the creation of many great dishes. She attended a Masters in Food and beverage management, studied classic, creative and fusion cooking techniques, as well as molecular cuisine experiments. She studied the costs and production times of the most famous recipes of our tradition.

She obtained the qualification of Banqueting Manager and has worked alongside many starred chefs and cooks with extraordinary skills applied in particular to the difficult world of catering. Her great friendship with an esteemed chef and teacher of the Scuola Italiana Cuochi gave her the opportunity to contribute to creating unusual and innovative dishes, fun qualifying cooking courses of various levels. She subsequently worked for 5 years within a high quality catering company with the intention of acquiring skills relating to every aspect of this service. Learning techniques and production times for plating, food costs, the best seasonality of each product, quality supply chain protocols, packaging, conservation of semi-finished products, regulated transport. She knows the products of our Tuscan and Italian excellences.

She herself directed banquets as DS (Service Director). He worked alongside the pastry chef to learn more about pastille making techniques with the aim of acquiring skills and information about the creation of artistic and complex “monumental” wedding cakes. She obtained the qualification of sommelier.
